Surfers resort top hotel in Australia
It has been open for just under two years, but already the Sea Temple Surfers Paradise has been named the best hotel in Australia.
The achievement, revealed in Expedia’s 2013 Insiders’ Select rankings, was the result of more than a million guest reviews worldwide. The five-star Sea Temple took out the title from 650 hotels selected from more than 150,000 hotels and resorts available on Expedia around the world.
The 77-level tower Sea Temple Surfers Paradise beat other luxury hotels on the Select List, including The Langham in Sydney and the Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort in North Queensland.
