Broadbeach site sold
Rothmont Projects has sold a parcel of land on the Gold Coast’s Broadbeach to Brisbane developers Anthony Moreton Group and Pryde Group.
The three properties have a combined area of 2982m², including the Beach Hotel, and we sold for $6 million. The site has GCCC approval for a 35-storey, 198 apartment complex and the group intends to redevelop the site over the next few years.
Selling agents Darrell Irwin and Brad Johnston of Colliers International said the properties drew strong interest from a range of buyers, including Chinese investors and developers.
