Approval for Motel on NSW South Coast
Shoalhaven City Council has approved a $6 million motel in Mollymook on the NSW south coast.
The application put forward by Bannisters owner Peter Cosgrove was approved and will see a modern 25-room motel and function room built along with additional public parking and paved roof top terrace over two levels.
Shoalhaven mayor Joanna Gash said, “With the facility boasting a top class, modern function room capable of hosting events and seminars throughout traditional off peak areas, the addition of another motel will increase visitation to this spectacular part of the South Coast.”
