Start to Perth’s biggest in early 2014
Brookfield Multiplex said work was expected to commence on Crown Perth’s $570 million six star hotel in early 2014, with completion expected in less than three years.
“The Crown Towers hotel will provide much needed new rooms near the heart of the city, to assist with Perth’s shortfall of world-class accommodation for both business and leisure travellers in our city,” Brookfield Multiplex regional managing director Chris Palandri said.
The Crown Towers hotel will have 500 rooms, making it the largest hotel in Perth once completed. Crown Perth already has two hotels.
The development will feature numerous amenities including a resort pool, restaurants, bars, a grand ballroom, convention suites, and VIP gaming salons.
