ACT now VisitCanberra
Australian Capital Tourism has changed its name to VisitCanberra.
The name better reflected what the organisation is and does, VisitCanberra said in a statement.
“It gives clarity for both international and domestic markets and puts the focus squarely on the visitor experience,” it said. “For many years we have been using VisitCanberra as the call to action for our website and social media accounts, so it makes sense to consumers that the organisation has a similar name.”
