Hong Kong-based developer Sanbano Group has purchased a highrise site at Southport on the Gold Coast.
Sanbano plans a mixed-use development featuring 150 apartments in a 30-storey tower designed by DBI.
Sanbano is already building a $35 million highrise at Coolangatta and a $160 million development at Southport that will have 555 units in a 51-storey tower, also designed by DBI.
