Sod turning at Liverpool’s Quest
Construction began on the 88-room Quest Serviced Apartment property at Liverpool, NSW on Friday [13 Dec] and was marked by an official sod-turning ceremony.
On-site for this occasion were Liverpool mayor – Ned Mannoun, Liverpool deputy mayor Mazhar Hadid, general manager locations – Quest Serviced Apartments Andrew Weisz, and from Ralco Developments – Ralph Iorfino, Frank Iorfino and Tony Zappia.
Mr Weisz said that the rapid population growth and recent investments in infrastructure made Liverpool a logical next step for Quest’s expansion plans. “The significant growth in population, coupled with the development of the $397 million South West Rail Link and $390 million redevelopment of the Liverpool Hospital will stimulate ongoing demand for quality accommodation, ” Mr. Weisz said.
The 48-apartment property, designed by Algorry Zappia & Associates will comprise one and two bedroom-serviced apartments. Apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, Foxtel, LCD TV and WIFI.
