Another high rise for Melbourne CBD
Melbourne developer Grocon has submitted plans for a 40-level apartment tower in Spring St just two doors down from the heritage-listed 27-storey Windsor Hotel redevelopment.
The development, designed by architects Denton Corker Marshall, will replace the 16-storey Esanda office building.
Grocon’s chief executive Carolyn Viney said the company expects to start work at the end of this year if it gets approval.
Another tower has been approved for Spring St. Cbus Property is about to start construction on a 43-storey tower with 270 units.
