Upgrade for Coffs holiday parks

Coffs Harbour City Council has accepted a $1.9million loan offer from the NSW government to upgrade three holiday parks Park Beach Holiday Park, Sawtell Beach Holiday Park and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park.

The council had made application to the PRMF for loan funding totaling $1.9 million.

A portion of $400,000 will go towards of a new reception/manager’s residence, three upgraded villas, improved electrical, water and sewer infrastructure and sealing of roadways at Lakeside Caravan Park. The rest of the loan, $1.5 million, will see the installation of nine holiday villas (including two disabled villas) and extension to the camp kitchen at Park Beach Holiday Park and five holiday villas (including two disabled villas) at Sawtell Beach Holiday Park.
