Quest Expansion Continues Unabated
2014 continues to be a year of remarkable growth for Quest Serviced Apartments, on track to open three new properties in the third quarter – King William South in the Adelaide CBD, Woolloongabba in Brisbane (pictured right) and Berrimah in Darwin.
Quest’s expansion will continue in the last quarter of 2014 with three more Australian properties – Newcastle West, Melbourne Airport and Townsville– in addition to Wellington.
Quest is continuing its expansion in Adelaide driven by the city’s strong economy, with Quest King William South on track to open in early August.
Quest King William South is located in the Adelaide CBD at 379 King William St. The property will feature 105 brand new studio, one and two bedroom serviced apartments plus conference facilities, a gymnasium, a rooftop BBQ terrace and Quest services such as pantry shopping, dry cleaning, restaurant chargeback, baby-sitting and business administration.
Quest Woolloongabba, Quest’s eighth Brisbane location, is located at 130 Logan Road, in the heart of Woolloongabba’s urban renewal precinct and within a short distance of the famous Gabba sporting stadium. Opening in early September, the property will feature 132 studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities, separate living/dining area, LED Smart TV, wifi, Foxtel, onsite car parking, a rooftop barbecue area, gymnasium and conference room facilities.
Quest Berrimah, Quest’s fifth in the Northern Territory, is scheduled to open in late September and will meet an increasing demand from the corporate sector for flexible, quality accommodation in Berrimah and Darwin’s eastern suburbs due to unprecedented investment and development in the area. Quest Berrimah is located at 4 Berrimah Road, only 9kms from Darwin Airport and a 15-minute drive from Darwin’s CBD. The property will feature 88 studio and one bedroom serviced apartments. Also onsite will be a car park, swimming pool, alfresco area, gymnasium and conference room facilities.
