Choice Loyalty Campaign to Reward Members Faster

Choice Hotels Australasia has launched a new consumer campaign, providing members of its customer loyalty program, Choice Privileges, with speedier gratification.

Until 27 August Choice Hotels will offer new and existing members a $40 gift voucher should they stay two times at any one of its network of over 230 Australian hotels. Eligible members will be able to select from one of three $40 gift vouchers from well-known brands JB HiFi, Red Balloon and Caltex.

Choice Hotels’ marketing manager, Matt Taylor, said the new campaign aims to drive incremental business for our hotels by incentivising loyal members with a relevant and valuable reward. “Offering an instant gratification after just two stays, on top of the points a member earns for each stay, should drive increased business from our already loyal members,” said Taylor.

The campaign is aiming to increase both accommodation bookings and members of Choice Hotels’ customer loyalty program, which currently has over 130,000 members.
