Arden selects builder for Jade
The Arden Group has selected Hutchinson Builders to construct its $200 million Jade development in the Brisbane suburb of Albion.
Jade is expected to be completed by 2015 and will include 350 apartments across the Sage, Fern, Jasmine and Lotus buildings.
Arden’s director Steven Walsh said that the commencement of construction indicates the beginning of the urban renewal of the inner north suburb precinct that will grow in lifestyle and residential attractions.
Jade includes a 22m lap-pool, three park areas, a spa and a gym on a 1.4ha site.
