Smart phone designed for hotel guests
Handy, a free in-room amenity for hotel guests, is a smart phone platform tailor-made for the hospitality industry. The guest room device comes fully loaded with unlimited calls (local and international), unlimited 3G Internet, wifi sharing, and up to date city guides in multiple languages.
The handy service, fully integrated with hotel PMS and PABX systems, also becomes a “portable room-phone” with room-to-room and room-to-operator functionality. Guests can take the handy phone out of the hotel and dial directly back to hotel services such as concierge, in-room dining and spa.
Now one year after its launch, with 30 hotels in Hong Kong and Singapore as clients, Tink Labs is planning to take the handy offering to many more cities around the globe.
