Sharks-Bluestone plan 125-room hotel
Bluestone Property Solutions has announced plans for a 125-room, four-star hotel for its Woolooware Bay Town Centre development in Sydney.
Bluestone, the development company working with Cronulla Sharks, announced plans for stage four of the development late last year which would add an extra 200 apartments over three buildings; a hotel, conference centre and community facilities.
The hotel is expected to have views either into Remondis Stadium or over Woolooware Golf Course. There will be a 600m² conference and function centre owned and operated by Sharks.
The amended plans will be submitted to the Department of Planning for a public exhibiton period of four weeks.
