New app targets improved guest experience and revenue generation

Technology firm Fuel launched Guest Express at HITEC 2015 last month in Austin as a guest experience and marketing app for the hospitality industry.

The app is designed to fit a property’s specific needs through a customisable design that matches desired branding and increases revenue per guest by promoting the hotel’s unique on-site offerings.

The Guest Express mobile app targets both hotel guests and owners with mobile check-ins and check-outs. The app also drives revenue through flash sales, room upgrades and in-app guest service purchases.

Its design enables custom branding, integration with a property’s PMS, push-notification messaging, real-time analytics insight and tailored in-app purchasing options.
“Guest Express is the Swiss army knife of mobile apps – it’s your app, the way you want it,” said Stuart Butler, chief operating officer at Fuel.

“This is the most innovative and flexible mobile app available for the hotel industry. We noticed this differentiator immediately when we were at HITEC. This is not your typical out-of-the-box app; it is better than anything else on the market because of the level of customisation that it allows. Property owners can publish any content on our Guest Express app.”
