Last week marked the second anniversary of The Travel Industry Exhibition and over 120 exhibiting companies turned up from across the globe as well as the most visitors to date.
According to a statement, “exhibitors launched new and innovative travel products and services and ran competitions which saw a number of enviable prize giveaways.
“Seminars were packed out with highlights including a captivating panel of bloggers led by PR expert Prue MacSween delivering practical blogging tips and tools to an eager audience, Twitter know-how with Holly Galbraith and crucial insights with Facebook into successful travel brands and how they utilise social platforms.”
The following program included speakers such as TripAdvisor’s Jessica Quinlan, Brek Batley from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) and Rick Myatt from AFTA.
