AccorHotels franchises three new Mercure hotels
Accor has announced that Mercure Warragul, a new build, 48-room hotel has joined the network under a franchise agreement, ready to take bookings from 24 August 2015.
Located in the centre of Warragul’s CBD, guests of the hotel will access complimentary wifi, a gymnasium, restaurant, lounge and multi-purpose function rooms that can cater for groups of up to 60 people.
Hotel Launceston in Tasmania has been rebranded to Mercure Launceston, complementing AccorHotels other Tasmanian property, The Sebel Launceston. It will open with 41 guest-rooms, a restaurant, bar and a newly refurbished multi-functional conference room.
Monte Pio Hotel in Maitland will also join the AccorHotels network in September 2015, rebranded as Mercure Maitland Monte Pio.
The 47-room hotel will operate under a franchise agreement, has a restaurant and bar, four function rooms and a swimming pool and is located in the close to the centre of town.
The joining of this historic property will take AccorHotels reach in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley catchment to nine hotels.
