Christmas giving for families in crisis
Mantra Group has ‘wrapped up’ the year by donating more than 1300 gifts to 1300 kids.
This is the first year the hotel group has partnered with the Luke Batty Foundation and teams across Australia rallied to provide gifts to families currently in refuges and crisis accommodation this Christmas.
Rosie Batty expressed gratitude saying she was “overwhelmed with how invested Mantra Group Team Members are in supporting families and the fight against domestic violence.”
Mantra Group CEO Bob East said: “Many of us are lucky to spend a happy and peaceful Christmas with friends and family – but unfortunately there are many who are not so lucky. I’m so pleased Mantra Group has been able to show our support this Christmas to families and children in need and we look forward to working further with the Luke Batty Foundation in 2016.”
