Hello, writing to say that with your policy of waiting for over 10 days for our deposit to be returned and the offer we have never heard of before and I quote ( if you wish next time you can deposit $250 cash and receive it back straight away). In this happening to us especially after having such a wonderful 3 days and your staff such as Peter whom was so helpful with advice about a holiday for this year 2018. As well we were considering joining the Club, we sat down and as a the saying goes put all our cards on the table. And we are sorry to say that we maybe only small fry in your eyes but it seems there are a lot of others whom don’t receive knowledge of what is ahead of them when they come to stay. My wife gave a 5 star rating on TripAdvisor, that was done before we found out because of lack of communication about charges. And as she said at no moment she can’t rectify her review yet, and she doesn’t wish to put down staff or what we did enjoy. But sadly if asked we will tell friend’s and others how we will not be returning but as we said we maybe small in your eyes though it takes one word for an paragraph to flow on.
