New boutique resort accommodation opens in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast

The first new luxury resort accommodation in Mooloolaba on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast in over a decade has opened in time for the Australian summer holidays.

Breeze occupies a prime position on The Esplanade, overlooking Mooloolaba’s north facing beach and offering some of the safest and best swimming conditions on the Sunshine Coast.

Developed by the Aria Property Group, the building incorporates 57 luxury apartments over 10 levels with pool, spa and recreational area. The unique architecture by Tony Owen Partners is like a fluid sculpture, a design concept with sinuous curves reminiscent of coastal beaches and wide estuaries. The alternating waves that form the balconies maximise natural light and expansive views.

The opening of Breeze comes at a time of record domestic and international demand for accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. With increased direct flights into Sunshine Coast Airport, and a with a major revival in the drive market, the opening of Breeze will provide much needed additional quality accommodation in the Sunshine Coast.

Breeze’s general manager is Alicia Cavallin who used to run The Rise Noosa and was recently at Mirage Alexandra Headland.
