Three new Quest openings

Quest Dandenong Central – now open

Quest Apartment Hotels has opened the $25m development of Quest Dandenong Central, part of Australia’s second largest renewal project – the $290m Revitalising Central Dandenong initiative.

Located at 2-10 Walker Street, Quest Dandenong Central, developed by the Pellicano Group, features 95 apartments comprising of studio, one, two and three bedroom configurations. The property also includes on-site parking, a conference room and gymnasium.

Dandenong is approximately 30km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD and is a hub of commercial and industrial activity, producing almost half of Victoria’s manufacturing output. Other key economic drivers include government services, health and research, and real estate.

Quest Dandenong Central Franchisee Tim Cross, who for the last nine years held various sales management roles within Quest corporate office and has recently made the transition to becoming a Quest franchise business owner, expressed his eagerness to provide the premium service Quest customers have come to expect.

Quest Macquarie Park – now open

This Monday, guests were being welcomed at yet another addition to Quest Apartment Hotels’ New South Wales portfolio, in the bustling business centre of Macquarie Park.

long stay apartment hotel accommodation to business and leisure travellers, within the expanding Macquarie Park Business District.

Quest Macquarie Park Franchisee Shane Anderson, expressed his excitement about joining the Quest network, operating within the new booming corporate centre of Sydney.

Quest Fremantle – now open

This Monday, Quest Apartment Hotels opened Quest Fremantle, an $18m development located at 8 Pakenham Street, as part of the development of Fremantle’s Kings Square.

Developed by Sirona Capital, Quest Fremantle features 122 apartments comprising of studio, one and two bedroom configurations. The property also includes an on-site gymnasium, conference room and rooftop terrace.

This weeks opening is a continuation of Quest’s assertive growth strategy in Western Australia, whereby 5 hotel properties and 491 rooms have opened since August 2015. The leading apartment hotel operator will add a further 182 rooms to the local market in 2017, with two more new properties in the WA pipeline.

The City of Fremantle is currently undergoing its largest development in 28 years, to transform land in front of Fremantle Harbour and the Swan River into one of the biggest waterfront developments Perth has ever seen. 16,000sqm of retail space and 30,000sqm of high quality office space will be added within the city centre, further establishing Fremantle as a hive for both tourism and business in Western Australia.
