Booking.com has awarded Metro Hotel on Pitt, for the second consecutive year, with a 2016 Award of Excellence, due to an average review score of 8.2, based on positive online feedback from its guests.
Property manager Simon Wanstall said Metro Hotel on Pitt’s outstanding average score is the outcome of months of consistently glowing reviews.
“My team constantly strive to deliver the best possible experience for our guests. This Award is recognition of our success in demonstrating our commitment to our guests and exceeding their expectations,” Simon said.
Metro Hotel on Pitt completed a major refurbishment in 2015, including all 119 guest rooms and public areas.
The award recognises the hotel as a best guest experience provider among some 800,000 properties on Booking.com. The site features more than 42 million guest reviews on its website and mobile apps.
The annual award honours accommodation partners for their achievements as measured by their overall guest review score on the site. To receive an award, the accommodation must have an average review score of eight or higher, based on at least 10 guest reviews.
