Quest Newcastle West on track to open in July
Quest Apartment Hotels is on track for opening on July 3 with its second property in the City of Newcastle – Quest Newcastle West.
The brand new Quest property is ideally placed to meet the demands of Newcastle’s growing corporate sector, as the thriving city goes from strength to strength, expecting to provide an additional 10,000 jobs by 2036.
Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana, has great confidence in Newcastle’s growth potential and the breadth of industries driving the city’s economy, which have ensured steady accommodation occupancy rates for a number of years.
“Newcastle is undoubtedly a key business centre, both within New South Wales and, more broadly, Australia. The city boasts one of the country’s major bulk export ports and the world’s largest coal export harbour, in addition to generating 60 percent of the State’s electricity and servicing one of the country’s most highly-regarded and productive wine regions, the Hunter Valley,” Mr Sanjana said.
“Newcastle has been experiencing consistent hotel occupancy levels, a trend that is expected to continue as numerous government projects and initiatives take off over the coming years,” Mr Sanjana continued.
