Discovery Parks adds to portfolio

Discovery Parks is further expanding its portfolio by inking a 15-year management contract for Streaky Bay Foreshore Tourist Park. Discovery Parks will take over the management of this iconic beachfront property from July 1.

Located in the picturesque Eyre Peninsula, South Australia, the park will now be called Discovery Parks. The management agreement focuses on further improving customer experience through some infrastructure development while maintaining its grass roots appeal.

“We are very excited to have Streaky Bay Foreshore Tourist Park join the Discovery Parks family. The park is adored by locals and travellers alike. Being in Streaky Bay, the park shares the same community spirit as the town. We want to preserve that and provide visitors great new facilities. Our goal is simple – ensuring the park remains a favourite among locals and visitors for years to come.” CEO of Discovery Parks, Grant Wilckens, said

With an four star review on Trip Advisor, the park is  a coastal getaway and a base for interstate visitors traveling across the Nullarbor or down to Australia’s permanent sea lion colony at Point Labatt.

The park will continue to operate as usual with further developments expected in the near future.
