Two QLD hotel contract wins for Australian turn-key supplier
It has been announced that PPS Tailored Furniture Solutions (PPS) will provide 103 rooms in the Woodroffe Hotel Gold Coast and reinvigorate the Sunshine Coast’s Accor Sebel Pelican Waters.
The new contracts involve turn-key furniture packages and according to a statement by PPS, the Woodroffe Hotel is set to become the Gold Coast’s “first dedicated business hotel”.
PPS founder and managing director Marc Conias said: “The property market for both residential and hotels is becoming increasingly challenging on the Gold Coast, meaning the industry is more competitive and the solutions for hotels going through renovations or new developments under construction is ever evolving.
“We have a lot of great projects in the pipeline over the next twelve months across major cities in Australia and expect to continue our growth pattern during this time frame.”
The company has pinpointed the “high-density residential and hotel markets” as key development areas.
