With a development approval for a 110 room accommodation resort, 25 existing partially completed two-bedroom bungalows constructed on the island along with an 800m runway, the resort is being marketed by Richard Vanhoff of Australian Islands…

A $650 million luxury resort and tourism proposal near Kuranda has secured vital funding to start the first stage and beyond. Hong Kong-based Sandalphon Privilege Financial Group is prepared to back the project on 626ha of farmland at Myola west of Cairns. Reever and Ocean Developments in Macau is planning the KUR-World luxury five-star 200-room resort, an 18-hole golf course, another three or four star 270-room resort, retail and dining outlets, 380 residential villas, a tertiary education campus, sports facilities and other ventures…
Listed developer Axiom Properties has acquired a 2212m² site in Richmond, western Sydney and plans to build a hotel. The group bought the freehold site as part of the Richmond Club’s wider land holdings. Axiom is in talks with an integrated hotel development group to help deliver the hotel… Singapore-listed developer Fragrance Group is launching a residential skyscraper in Melbourne’s CBD. The group is planning a 47-storey tower, which will add 625 apartments to the western end of Collins St…
Travelodge Hotels is set to open a new 209-room hotel at Sydney Airport with all-day dining and a late night bar, as well as an 800-bay car park, offering the perfect layover for the no-nonsense traveller seeking comfort and convenience at Australia’s busiest airport. TFE Hotels will manage the new hotel, which is being developed by Andary Group and located only 500m from the terminal entrance…
