Regional customer service frontrunners revealed
The North Coast Holiday Parks (NCHP) Red Rock team have been recognised within the regional business community, having been named as finalists at the upcoming NSW/ACT Regional Achievement & Community Awards.
The NSW/ACT Regional Achievement & Community Awards are designed to encourage, acknowledge and reward the valuable contributions that individuals, local communities and businesses have made in the past across regional and rural NSW and the ACT.
Red Rock has been named as a finalist in the Ricoh Australia Customer Service Award category, an industry recognition which comes off the back of the park’s recent finalist nod at the 2017 Sunny’s Business Awards. Winners will be announced at an Awards Gala Presentation in Newcastle on Friday, November 10.
Red Rock managers Geoff and Kylie Wruck were proud to be recognised at two regional business awards this year and said they always strived to bring a positive energy and passion to the park.
“Winning this award would be an amazing achievement and recognition for all the hard work and passion that our team shares for the industry and our local area,” Ms Wruck said.
“We do our utmost to provide the quintessential Australian escape to our memorable corner of the Coffs Coast. We love Red Rock and are honoured to be recognised in this category.”
Red Rock is part of the NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust (NSWCHPT) which also oversees the operations of Inland Waters Holiday Parks (IWHP) and South Coast Holiday Parks (SCHP). NSWCHPT CEO Steve Edmonds called the finalist nod a great testament to the hard work of the entire Red Rock team and said it echoed a similar standard of excellence across the wider group.
“Our parks are consistently being recognised for their hard work and great contributions within the regional communities in which they are based,” Mr Edmonds said.
