Travel tech firms team up on ‘guest profiling’

Tech provider, Sabre Corporation and cloud software and services provider, Cendyn have announced they will collaborate on a guest profiling service for accom providers. 

Guest profiling refers to the compilation, analysis and management of guest data. Managed effectively, guest data could be used by accom managers to personalise visits and target online marketing. 

The collaboration between these two companies is slated to take place at the end of this year.
