New ‘Work Your Way’ program aims to attract 1200 new talents
Accor has launched ‘Work Your Way’, a new talent attraction program aimed at boosting the company’s 18,000-strong workforce by up to 15 percent.
As part of the talent attraction program, the company has introduced a new same day hire process for frontline roles, such as food and beverage attendants, receptionists, and housekeeping, with candidates able to walk in or phone in and be hired and working on the very same day.
The new concept comes jam-packed with a host of inducements with Accor bolstering its already generous team member benefits including travel allowances, birthday leave and sabbaticals.
But two of the biggest drawcards come in the shape of advanced career development via the company’s industry-leading training Accor Academy and ready opportunities for staff to have access to roles in numerous Accor properties located across the Pacific region.
Added to these, Accor has implemented new policy to ensure greater flexibility is available to all employees.
Outgoing Accor Pacific CEO, Simon McGrath, said the industry needs talented individuals who wish to build a rewarding career.

Earlier this year, Accor launched its Accor Internship Program, which works with 22 hospitality institutions across Australia and New Zealand to provide fully paid on the job training for 100 students.
