New Director of Sales to manage dual Brisbane hotel portfolio
Vista Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Raelene Ohlson to the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at voco Brisbane City Centre and Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre.

A seasoned Sales & Marketing leader, Raelene has extensive meeting and events experience having worked at some of Australia’s major MICE hotels including Hyatt Regency Coolum, Novotel Twin Waters Resort and several Crowne Plaza properties across Australia.
Prior to starting her current role with Vista Hospitality Group, she was Chief Executive – Sales, Marketing & Hospitality at Alice Springs Turf Club, General Manager Crowne Plaza Alice Springs and General Manager Lancemore Macedon Ranges.
Ms Ohlson said she was thrilled to be working with the teams at voco Brisbane City Centre and Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre.
“I am looking forward to reintroducing the business events sector to the flexible conference facilities at both of these very cool, unique hotels in the heart of Brisbane,” Raelene said.
“I love creating and working with clients to evolve their conference and event experiences so the fact that we have the ability to hold up to 750 delegates in the Grand Chelsea Ballroom as well as offering clients flexible accommodation options across both of the hotels is a huge advantage.”
In addition, Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre offers meeting and events planners access to the Verandah, Izakaya Publico or Bar 1603 which can be used for private events, welcome cocktails or sit-down dinners.
