West Hotel Sydney lights up Vivid 2023
The Hilton hotel is thrilled to offer guests a unique and memorable way to experience Vivid this year
West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton is embracing Vivid 2023 with a series of colourful and immersive activations. From May 26 to June 17, the hotel will be illuminated with vibrant lighting installations, a series of themed cocktails, and a bespoke Vivid menu.
Located a short walk from the Vivid light walk, West Hotel is a perfect base for those coming into the city during the festival.

West Hotel’s lush garden atrium and bar, Solander Dining and Bar, will come to life with a series of kaleidoscopic florals, neon signs and lights that will provide the perfect backdrop for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, whilst still embracing the fun.
To celebrate, Solander Dining and Bar will serve up a series of multi-colored, Vivid-themed cocktails.
The hotel’s Head Chef, Joel Robinson, has also curated a selection of mouth-watering bar bites. Highlights include whipped cauliflower seared scallops served in burnt butter, truffle shoestring fries, jalapeño poppers filled with coriander cream cheese, salumi miso, fried Seoul wings with chili caramel and caramelised mini chorizo.
Alongside the Solander Vivid menu, a special accommodation package will be available to guests from now until June 17.

The hotel is positioned close to the iconic Darling Harbour, lively King Street Wharf, and cultural and retail hub Barangaroo.
Its modern classic design theme features deep tones with marble and brass accents, the hotel has 182 stylish guest rooms including four spacious suites and offers guests use of a fully equipped gym and a private meeting/dining room.
