Accor Plus appoints Emilie Couton as new CEO, ushering in a new era for travel loyalty

Accor Plus,has appointed Emilie Couton as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 24 years of experience with Accor and D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Ms Couton has held senior roles in loyalty, digital marketing, distribution, and commercial B2B, and most recently served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific at D-EDGE. During her tenure, she contributed to the group’s growth from 250 to 1200 hotels across 38 brands in the region.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Emilie as CEO at such a defining moment for Accor Plus and the travel loyalty industry,” said Mehdi Hemici, Accor’s Chief Loyalty & E-Commerce Officer. “She brings a visionary, energetic and data-driven approach, paired with a passion for hospitality and a deep respect for the people who bring it to life every day.”
