“This project is not just about opening a hotel, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a destination that blends global standards with the character and charm of the Central Coast,” Bjoern said. “Together with our talented team, we’re developing something truly special, driven by a shared passion for excellence and unstuffy hospitality.”

Joining Noeldner in leading the pre-opening charge is Director of Sales & Marketing Kristina Ayton, a proud Central Coast local with deep roots in the region’s business community. Formerly Chief Operating Officer of The Entertainment Grounds at Gosford Race Club, Ayton brings a decade of regional sales experience and strategic insight to the role.

“There’s a real sense of purpose and excitement in knowing we’re not just opening a hotel, we’re creating an entirely new destination that will reshape how people experience the Central Coast,” Kristina said.

Supporting the guest experience is Executive Assistant Manager Natalie McGready, who joins the team from high-end properties including The Star Sydney and Ovolo Woolloomooloo. She’s focused on curating seamless guest journeys and developing a dynamic, values-driven team culture.

“Beyond opening the doors, I am most excited about expanding our team and creating a culture that lives true to our brand and values,” Natalie said.

The team also includes Nicole Curran as Human Resources Manager, drawing on HR leadership roles at Qantas, Accor and IHG to recruit and build a high-performing workforce from the ground up.

Overseeing financial operations is Financial Controller Janendra “Jay” Rama, who brings more than 25 years of experience across boutique hotels and international brands. Jay is focused on building a strong financial foundation to support the precinct’s long-term success.

With its stellar opening team in place and anticipation rising, voco Gosford is poised to set a new benchmark for lifestyle hospitality in regional Australia. More than just a hotel, the project forms part of the bold new Archibald Precinct, a transformative development set to revitalise the Central Coast.
