Perth-based FJM Property has purchased the Sebel Hotel in Mandurah from Accor for more than $14 million. The hotel is currently enjoying a 70% occupancy Rate.
Accor will continue with the management agreements for the 4½-star waterfront hotel, a part of the Point Residential Apartments, and would operate under the Sebel brand. The deal includes 89 hotel rooms and apartments as well as an additional six luxury residential strata apartments and car parking space.
FJM Property directors Adrian Fini, Barry Jones and David Mack own interests in several Perth hotels.
