Sanctuary Cove Boss Quits
Alison Quinn has resigned as the boss of Sanctuary Cove and plans to take up a plum job with the state government in Brisbane next year.
Alison has been in the chair at the luxury residential resort for only two years, replacing long-time chief executive Geoff Grady.
Alison will assume the chief executive role at the Department of Growth Management Queensland next year.
Alison, who previously had a long career with developer Austcorp, was seconded to the Sanctuary Cove role by resort owner Mulpha Australia. The move filled a gap left by Mr Grady in early 2009.
Under her stewardship, Sanctuary Cove saw the completion of a $50 million infrastructure works program which included realignment of The Palms golf course with a new clubhouse and a new entry to the resort.
