Jewell joins VillaWorld
Mark Jewell has joined the board of Gold Coast developer VillaWorld as a non-executive director.
Mr Jewell and VillaWorld managing director Craig Treasure worked together as executives at Gold Coast developer Sunland. Mr Jewell recently retired as executive director of FKP Ltd.
He previously was general manager of what was then PRD Realty Surfers Paradise and then joined Sunland in 1996 before leaving in 2002 to pursue his own interests. He went on to provide consultancy services to several property development companies including the Thakral Group and Mimi McPherson of Aspect on Burleigh.
Recently he has been working on the refurbishment of the Hayman Island resort for Mulpha, one of the major shareholders of FKP.
