Marriott announced as best deluxe hotel accommodation
Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa has been awarded ‘Best Deluxe Hotel Accommodation’ at the QHA Awards for Excellence held in Brisbane on Wednesday [1 October].
Presented at the hotel industry’s 22nd annual award night – held this year at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre –the award cements the property as one of the most prestigious resorts, not only on the Gold Coast, but in Queensland.
Marriott Australia’s multi property vice president and general manager of Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Neeraj Chadha said the team were thrilled to be acknowledged as an industry leader in this deluxe category. “Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa is Marriott’s flagship property in Australia and to be officially recognised as the Best Deluxe Hotel in Queensland is a great coup for Marriott Australia,” he said.

The long term Bloomfield Lodge managers Ben Morley and Courtenay Greer-Morley very proudly accepted the Hall of Fame award on behalf of Bloomfield Lodge.
