Perth’s biggest ready to go

Perth’s tallest apartment building is looking more likely after TPG town planners has lodged a development application with the City of Perth for the project.

The $300-million plan to build Perth’s tallest apartment building on the former Megamart site on the corner of Beaufort and Roe streets would comprise three residential towers collectively containing 804 apartments and 144 serviced apartments as well as commercial, retail and dining tenants.

It is understood one of the towers would be, at 46 storeys, Perth’s tallest apartment building.

The development is being designed by Fender Katsalidis, the east coast firm that designed Melbourne’s Eureka Tower.
