G20-guest disruption – try CityCycle

If any of your staff or guests are unsure how they will move around during the G20 weekend, CityCycle may be the way to go!

The Brisbane City Council is promoting the use of CityCycle during the G20 as buses and trains will not be operating to some destinations around the city, according to Antonya Black, contract liaison officer.

“Travel into and across the city may not be as easy as usual during the G20 Leaders’ Summit from Friday 14 to Sunday 16 November. Public transport will still be available but you may experience longer travel times and changes to regular services. If you need to get around the CBD during G20 weend, CityCycle may be a convenient option. Subscriptions range from $2 per day to $60.50 per year, plus keep your trips under 30 minutes and you ride free!” according to Ms Black. “CityCycles are available 24/7 and stations are located between St Lucia and Newstead. For more information or to sign up now, visit www.citycycle.com.au  and avoid delays over the G20 weekend!”
