Palazzo Versace deploys eStandby solution

Nor1, the technology leader in upsell solutions, and Palazzo Versace Gold Coast have implemented Nor1’s pre-arrival, post confirmation Upsell solution, eStandby Upgrade.

The agreement between Nor 1 and Palazzo Versace promises to help the hotel enhance guest experience, and build ADR and RevPAR.

As part of the eStandby Upgrade implementation, Palazzo Versace has also deployed Nor1’s Micros Opera OXI 2-way interface to ensure a highly integrated solution that can maximise the revenue opportunities available. The level of integration allows for unparalleled automatic inventory look-up and allocation – something Nor1 calls “single-click-clear”.
