Seven Sunshine Coast hotels in Queensland’s top 50
Travellers using Trivago, the world’s largest online hotel search site, have rated seven Sunshine Coast hotels amongst the Top 50 hotels across Queensland.
The seven outstanding Sunshine Coast performers in the Trivago survey were:
– Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat, Montville
– Monaco, Caloundra
– Secrets on the Lake, Montville
– Atlantis Marcoola
– Montpellier Boutique Resort Noosa
– Rumba Beach Resort, Caloundra
– Oceans Mooloolaba
The seven were selected as a result of guest reviews from Trivago customers during 2014.
Simon Ambrose, CEO of Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd said, “It is significant that hotels from north to south and through to the Hinterland were included in the Top 50, because it shows the consistency and quality of accommodation offered across the region. The seven include boutique hotels and apartment-style hotels that are renowned for going the extra yard. They consistently win awards and achieve high ratings on travel review sites, which is why they perform so strongly in the marketplace.”
The trivago Hotel Ranking is based on over 120 million reviews compiled by trivago from over 175 online booking websites. The ranking only contains hotels with over 200 ratings. Ratings data based on live figures from October 2014.
