BCCM governance paper open for consultation
The Queensland government is now inviting feedback on an options paper prepared by the Queensland University of Technology about body corporate governance matters, as part of the review of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997.
This is the first of three consultation papers dealing with body corporate governance matters.
The options paper examines issues relating to by-laws, recovery of body corporate debts and termination and redevelopment of community titles schemes.
