Australia’s best bathroom to GC company
XO2, Gold Coast based cleaning and hygiene product innovator, has won Australia’s Best Bathroom Facility for 2015. The bathroom at XO2’s new headquarters in Burleigh Heads took out the prize.
“We knew we had a great chance of winning but the competition was tough. To beat the best facilities in Australia was fantastic.” explained David Blamire, XO2’s managing director. Mr Blamire was presented the coverted award at the recent Total Facilities event at the Sydney Exhibition Centre.
Judges for the award commended XO2 for design, music, aromatherapy, touch free hygiene and technology. Special mention was made of XO2’s high tech hygiene dispensers that talk via wifi to a smart phone or tablet. The technology tells the cleaner when soap, toilet paper or hand towels needed refilling.
Steve Garland, XO2’s business development manager said, “First impressions are everything in business and your bathroom says lots about you. Having the loveliest loo in the land is brilliant recognition.”
XO2’s mission is to show businesses and facility managers that a great washroom is good for their business. The company claims their technology not only impresses visitors but it reduces costs too.
