Quest reveals plans for 96-room hotel at Pacific Epping Shopping Centre
Quest Apartment Hotels continues its expansion across Australia, after securing the lease terms for its newest property at Pacific Epping Shopping Centre in Melbourne.
The new apartment hotel complex will boast 6,500sqm with 96-rooms.
Fronting Cooper Street, the new Quest apartment hotel is positioned to benefit from the surrounding Pacific Epping retail and dining precinct, including an additional 1300sqm of new restaurants.
The apartment hotel is also located adjacent to the Northern Hospital, as well as in close proximity to Melbourne’s newly opened wholesale fruit and vegetable market in Epping. It is also located within easy access to Tullamarine Airport via the Metropolitan Ring Road.

CBRE Hotels’ senior director Scott Callow negotiated the lease agreement for the development of Quest Apartment Hotels’ newest project on behalf of the Pacific Group. Mr Callow said the lease agreement highlighted confidence in Melbourne’s hotel market.
“The ongoing strength of the Melbourne hotel market in the CBD and city fringe is flowing into certain key growth corridors, of which Epping and Melbourne’s north are prime examples.”
Pacific Group of Companies’ Mr David Tuckett said “The centre is undergoing significant growth with additional major retail expansion and the Quest apartment hotel will further enhance Pacific Epping as a destination servicing the fast-growing northern growth corridor.”
The coming 24 months sees an extensive pipeline of new property openings for Quest across Australasia, opening in a further 7 new locations including: Newcastle West (NSW); Eight Mile Plains and Springfield (QLD); Midland and Innaloo (WA); and Traralgon and 478 St Kilda Road (VIC).
