New Atura hotel in south-west Sydney
First look at new “urban lifestyle resort” in Oran Park growth precinct
Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited (EVENT) has entered into a management agreement with Greenfields Development Company for a new Atura Hotel in the south-west Sydney growth suburb of Oran Park.
Anchored within the $500m Oran Park Podium and integrated within the lifestyle, retail and entertainment precincts, the urban resort is due for completion in late 2023 and will be a key offering for the south-west Sydney corridor and a gateway property for Western Sydney Airport.
Described as an urban lifestyle hotel, Atura Oran Park will open with 184 design-led rooms, generous conference and meeting facilities, an outdoor pool and terrace and a locally inspired restaurant and bar, all overlooking the newly designed town centre and surrounding parks.

One of the fastest growing towns in NSW, Oran Park Town is one of the largest master planned communities in the state, covering over 1,000 hectares in south-west Sydney. Atura Oran Park will be purposefully positioned in the centre of the town on the corner of the Oran Park’s main street (Podium Way), providing a seamless future connection with the adjacent shopping, medical, business, civic and entertainment precincts.
