Delamore Lodge, Waiheke’s Island’s exclusive boutique luxury hideaway, is delighted to introduce The Ataahua Owners Villa, a refurbished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offering complete privacy and self-contained luxury.
‘Ataahua’ (meaning ‘beautiful’) is the newest addition to Delamore Lodge’s luxurious accommodations. The Owners Villa is nestled in a tranquil corner of the property’s luscious sub-tropical grounds away from the main lodge, with breathtaking views of the Hauraki Gulf.

The Villa’s two master bedrooms offer sweeping views of the shimmering Gulf waters and are beautifully appointed with sumptuous super-king beds, spacious ensuites with rainforest showers, and generous walk-in wardrobes. The décor is a harmonious blend of modern elegance and relaxed luxury with natural tones and plush furnishings throughout.
Private decks at the front and rear of The Ataahua Owners Villa allow guests to relax amongst the Mediterranean-influenced gardens surrounded by birdsong. Inside, the expansive open-plan living area provides the perfect retreat for families or two couples to make special memories together.
Guests can self-cater in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, or put their feet up and let Delamore Lodge’s Executive Chef take care of meals and orchestrate an exquisite five-course dining experience in the privacy of the Villa.
In addition to The Ataahua Owners Villa, an interiors and soft furnishings refurbishment has been completed across Delamore Lodge’s main lodge common areas including the guest reception, library, restaurant dining, outdoor seating, and infinity pool areas.
Adam Fleming, Delamore Lodge Manager, says “It is wonderful to see our refurbished Ataahua Owners Villa come to life and offer guests more space for conviviality in the secluded privacy of their two-bedroom luxury apartment.”
He added that the property’s interior designers did an “outstanding job” not only handsomely dressing the villa but also upgrading the main lodge reception, dining, and outdoor areas with designer touches and new soft furnishings.
The Ataahua Owners Villa’s nightly rate for four guests includes a host of amenities, and complimentary transfers to and from Matiatia Ferry Terminal on arrival and departure to Waiheke Island, plus welcome drinks, pre-dinner drinks and canapes, gourmet breakfast, complimentary mini-bar, pantry items, and full use of the lodge facilities. All-inclusive packages are also available.
Villa guests also have full access to Delamore Lodge’s heated and Instagram-famous infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, library, lush gardens, and olive grove. For those arriving in style, a helipad is onsite.
