The partnership, which launched RMS Pay—an integrated payment solution—addresses key challenges in the hospitality industry such as fraud, complex payment processes, and cumbersome financial management. By embedding Adyen’s technology into RMS Cloud’s platform, hospitality properties now experience 6X faster payment processing times, a 93 percent decrease in payment disputes, and annual savings ranging between $50,000 and $200,000.
Peter Buttigieg, Founder and CEO of RMS Cloud, emphasised the importance of the collaboration in meeting the evolving needs of the hospitality sector. “We are committed to providing a secure and reliable platform that delivers the best solutions for our users. Partnering with Adyen allows us to take our platform to the next level, streamlining operations and enabling our customers to focus on growth and innovation.”
Since its inception over 40 years ago, RMS Cloud has empowered hospitality businesses by offering tools like an integrated channel manager and booking engine to improve guest experiences and optimise resources. The partnership with Adyen, which was first established in 2022, enhances the user experience by consolidating payment, reconciliation, and reporting functions into a single platform.
Hayley Fisher, Country Manager of Adyen Australia and New Zealand, remarked, “This partnership has proven to be a gamechanger for the hospitality industry. Simplifying payments and back-office processes is critical for operational efficiency, and we are proud to be the partner of choice for RMS Cloud.”
With more properties around the globe adopting RMS Cloud and Adyen’s innovative solutions, the partnership is poised to continue growing and driving significant change in the hospitality industry.
