Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a luxury resort located in the heart of Broome’s famous Cable Beach, has announced a strategic partnership with RMS Cloud, a global leader in cloud-based hospitality software solutions.

The partnership with RMS Cloud has enabled Cable Beach Club to streamline its operations and deliver guest experiences in one unified system that aligns with the resort’s luxurious reputation. The resort’s high turnover of guests requires a system that can handle large volumes and provide real-time updates to staff on reservations and occupancy. With Cable Beach Club switching to cloud technology, they can now access centralised data, communications and finances across any device, changing their operations to a fully digital strategy.

The resort welcomes over 10,000 guests yearly, and one of its most significant challenges is managing the cyclone season’s stringent safety procedures. The previous system’s limited communication tools and lack of transparency across data made it difficult for Cable Beach Club to quickly evacuate guests to safety or communicate important procedures to guests and staff in real-time. However, with the recent cyclone, Ilsa, the resort had proven results that eased anxiety of guests and staff with the adoption of RMS Cloud technology.
