Dual towers planned for Spring Hill

Fortescue Street Developments P/L has submitted a development application for two towers in Brisbane’s Spring Hill called Reflections.

The complexes are Fortescue Tower (15 levels) with 98 apartments and Little Edward Tower (14 levels) with 99 apartments.

The proposal also includes two large ground floor retail zones on both street frontages as well as rooftop recreation deck including pool, gym and BBQ areas on both towers.

The project has been designed by Red Door Architecture.
