W Brisbane has taken its coveted High Tea and given it an epic Easter shake-up with a curated menu of Aussie Easter classics.

From March 19, get ready to ignite your appetite and revel in a next level High Tea experience from the pour of Veuve Clicquot to the indulgence of egg sandwiches with Oscietra Caviar, all served up at Living Room bar. Yes, it’s time we treated ourselves!

Prepare for all that W excess you know and love. The standouts include an Aussie Meat Pie with a marble score of 8+ and bush tomato chutney and Hot Cross Scones with clotted cream and marmalade jam.

For all the sweet lovers in the house, Spiced Carrot Cake with tropical fruits and chocolate sable will steal the scene or get amongst some Mini Chocolate Raspberry Easter Egg Nest tarts.

It doesn’t stop there, the menu features three cheeses for the ultimate High Tea send-off. Locally sourced from Harrisville, the Camel Milk Persian Feta is paired with freshly shaved truffle for the ultimate mouthful.

For those taking it to the next level, a bespoke Mezzo Mezzo Martini or Strawberry Sour can be served alongside your three-tiered High Tea treats.
